How Order Tracking Works
Enter your email address and order reference number in the fields above. Then click the Login button. This will bring you to a page displaying details of the order you have searched for. From here you can see the current status of the order and track it through to delivery.
You will also be able to access your other Pamela Scott orders from this section.
What does each status mean?
Order Ready: This means that your order has been received by Pamela Scott.
Being Picked: This means that your order is currently being picked by Pamela Scott staff.
Order Dispatched: This means that your order has been processed and will be dispatched to you shortly.
Order Delivered: This means that your order has been delivered.
Order Cancelled: This means that you order has been cancelled with no charges made to your card. |
